Success Group International, a division of Clockwork Home Services is currently seeking a Client Success Manager for its HVAC division.  The Client Success Manager is the front-line support for Success Group International members and oversees and provides guidance to each SGI client.  The CSM is charged with client retention, facilitating two Expo events per year/per portfolio, and assisting creatively with concepts that will ultimately provide cutting edge tools for all SGI clients.  The CSM will perpetuate a culture that promotes “Success” to our members and support staff.  The position also interfaces with management and staff within the Clockwork Home Services umbrella.

Key Experience for this Role Includes:

·         Previous experience in a General Manager, Sales or Operations Manager role in the HVAC industry or equivalent contracting experience in another discipline.

·         Previous experience building and retaining client relationships

·         Ability to consult with and make recommendations to business owners in a variety areas
